The Australian Sign Language Experts Will Give Lecture to the Deaflympics Volunteers

The 2009 Taipei Deaflympic Organizing Committee (TDOC) invites two Australian international sign language experts, Susan Emerson and Stephanie Linder, to share their experiences.
The TDOC Managing Director Emile C.J. Sheng says that they have around 4000 volunteers from the schools and community to be trained in relevant things. Many of them are students of the National Taipei University of Education and the Taipei Municipal University of Education. Approximate 1000 students are from the Taipei Municipal University of Education and 500 from the National Taipei University of Education. It is said that TDOC is inviting Tzi-Chi Foundation, (a reputable charity group) to join the volunteer program.
Susan, the Australian sign language expert, indicates that the international sign language is not an oral language, but an unified sign that is commonly used in many international events. Another expert Stephanie also emphasizes that international sign language relies on the facial expression and the body movement. She hopes.
